Obituary of Carol Elizabeth Bokovay

Carol Elizabeth (Betty) Bokovay, age 95, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 2, 2024 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  She was born on December 15, 1928 in Ottawa, Ontario to Ben and Ida Fee.  

In 1951 she married John Bokovay, they were inseparable until his passing in 2010. She was predeceased by her brother Russel, parents Ida and Ben, sisters Mary and Evelyn and husband John. 

She resided in the Ottawa and Gatineau area until retirement in 1989 when she and John headed west to the interior of British Columbia where they enjoyed their golden years together.

In 2014 she moved to Winnipeg to be closer to family.

Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by sons Bruce of Calgary and Dave (Amanda) of Winnipeg and grandsons Connor and Brody. 

Cremation has taken place.
