Obituary of Richard Allan Paul Lamontagne

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, son, grandfather, brother and friend, Richard Lamontagne, age 67, on December 8, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg.

Rick was an extremely social and friendly person. His outgoing nature would lead him to having lengthy conversations with strangers. He was very interested in learning about people from all backgrounds, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age or economic position. A true people person, Rick would hardly forget a name. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

In accordance with Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. For those who desire, donations in Rick’s memory may be made to Siloam Mission or to a food bank of your choice.
