My Sincere Sympathies to Steve, Wayne and Gerald and families, my relationship to your family and Bonnie goes back to my parents Helen and Max (who passed in 2022). Bonnie & I always seemed to connect somewhere through out the years like no time had passed. Most recently we reconnected at my dad’s funeral, and have been communicating via text for the last two years. We were planning a date to get together but time was not on our side. Your family was highly regarded by my parents and grandparents and I am so sad to hear of Bonnie’s passing. From our most recent texts, she was so strong battling her cancer and I was hopeful we would see each other again. Cherish the memories you have. Our thoughts are with you all, Valerie

So many wonderful memories growing up with Bonnie in Flin Flon…I will miss all the laughing we did when we talked of our times together. Condolences to her family and friends, she will be missed. Bonnie fought long and hard to stay with us but in her words she is an angel on the beach now. Enjoy the beach girlfriend.

Wayne and family, I'm so very sorry to hear of Bonnie's passing. While it is a relief that she no longer has to suffer from that evil disease, it will be hard to move on without her, ever present, in your lives. I haven't seen Bonnie since the mid 90s but will always remember the effervescent, always smiling, happy woman she always was.

So very sorry, Steve, Wayne, Jerry, Stacey, Lynndon and Emmy, and the rest of the family. Bonnie was always someone you could count on. She always attended celebrations for Emily, bringing lovely gifts and always her iconic meat tray! She was friendly and could talk to anyone.
Bonnie was such a strong lady. She fought these cancers with every inch of her being - a real inspiration for those living with illness or fighting cancer.
The last couple of weeks were so amazing! She conquered her discomfort to come to Em’s birthday party and a host of other events - after she had been told she had just days to live! Determination was a big attribute of Bonnie’s.
Bonnie was an inspiration to many and she is already missed! Who is going to step up to wish all of the family birthday greetings in Ukrainian? Just one of the many things that Bonnie did to promote her culture and make sure everyone felt included.
Rest in peace, Bonnie. You were far too young to go, but you left a big impression while you were here.

Bonnie was such a wonderful loving and caring person. We went to school together and I have great memories of those days. Returning after 40+ years away, I had the privileges of running into Bonnie a few times in the last five years. My condolences To Bonnie‘s wonderful family. She was a lovely lady and will be missed by many.
