I was saddened to hear of John’s recent passing. My condolences to the boys. Despite not seeing John for quite some time, he’ll always be remembered as a loving and supporting father. I’ve had many colourful talks with John that were always entertaining. He was a fun guy to be around at the rink when our boys were hockey teammates. May John’s family find pease and healing as they go through this difficult and unexpected time. RIP old friend.

My sincere condolences to John's sons, Nik, Jarrett, and Jordan. I also want to extend my condolences to John's parents, his sisters, to his whole family, friends, and to Iona. John was an exceptional human being.
John was a close colleague of mine and we worked well together. Being located in Toronto, I never had the chance to sit across a table from John or shake his hand. But, I did get the honor of knowing him through our work and we shared some pretty awesome stories! I will always cherish our friendship and silly sayings. Rest in peace my dear friend - you will be missed!
