Obituary of Louise Lillian Kerr

Peacefully, at St. Boniface Hospital mom passed away.  Her memory will be held close to our hearts always.

Louise loved her family and was very proud of them all. 

She is survived by her daughters Linda Kerr (Randy) and Sharon Weselake (Darrell); and her grandchildren Jeffrey Weselake (Julie) and Jordyn Zajac (Nolan).  She loved her three great grandsons with all her heart Nico, Rory and Jacob.

Mom enjoyed sewing and knitting and in her later years bingo.  Mom was a very proud Grandma and helped out with Jeff and Jordyn whenever needed.  She attended all their games, competitions and anything else they asked her to come to.  She considered herself very lucky to be a Great Grandma. She enjoyed spending time with her three great grandsons who fondly called her GGLou. 

Mom worked hard all her life.  She retired from the Civil Service in 1992.  She enjoyed some travel with her partner Howard Henderson and spent many happy years at their cottage in Beausejour.

We want to thank the staff at St. Boniface hospital for taking such good care of mom during her final weeks.  You made a very stressful time a little easier. 

Rest easy Mom, we will miss you dearly.  Love you.

Cremation has taken place. 

No formal service will be held. Arrangements have been handled by Alterna Cremation.
