It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and Papa, Bill Perkins, on July 29, 2020 at the age of 76 years. In accordance with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to CancerCare Manitoba in Bill’s memory.
