Ron was one the best electricians I have ever had the privilege to work with. He was insightful, creative, and a hard worker. Ron and I worked together for many years while he was in private practice. He had his foibles, as many of us do. But I would have rather had Ron on a job with his foibles, than most anyone else. We have a long and rich history, Ron and I, ... one which I will remember fondly and with a smile. We had a lot of laughs, mostly at our own expense. And yes, his larger-than-life laugh still resonates. He was truly my brother from another mother. I was shocked to hear he passed away but not at all surprised that he didn't tell me he was ill. The only thing I can think of is that the Good Lord needed a little help with that " Let there be Light " thing and could find no one better to call on than Ron Lauber. Rest well my friend ...
