Dearest Glenn,
In life we loved you dearly. In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. For part of us went with you. You left us beautiful memories. Your love is still our guide. You are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same. We think about you ALWAYS and we talk about you still. You have NEVER been forgotten and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain to guide us thru our lives.
Love you always,
Brian and Irene Koniak (In-Laws)

What a beautiful tribute to a man you all loved! We are so deeply saddened by your loss and hope you find comfort in the memories that will live in forever in your hearts. Charlene, though we didn’t have the pleasure to meet Glenn, we know by reading this what a remarkable man he truly was and why he was loved so deeply by you all. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with you and your family. We all need to have a little bit of Glenn live on in each of us through giving and being a good person to all we meet. We love you all very much.
Sincerely,
Wesley, Carmen, Bella, Elise Armstrong

What a beautiful tribute to such a kind and caring man. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with you Charlene, and the entire family after this very tragic year. We shared many a meal with the Maddaford clan around the “pool table” at the house on Inkster. Glenn will certainly be missed by all the people who’s lives he touched.

Dear Charlene,
I am so saddened by your loss and my heart breaks for you. I had the privilege of working with both of you. I am so happy that you found each other, growing together and making the very most out of life. It is obvious that you had a very rare and special connection. May your memories keep Glenn's spirit alive in you!
Sending my love,

I am shocked and staggered to hear about the loss of Glenn. My heart breaks for his grieving family. Our lone consolation is that Glenn is now free of any pain he must have endured throughout his illness. I was best friends with Glenn during our high school and early adult years. Along with Clayton, Buck and myself, Glenn was always the voice of reason when it came to the really important decisions like which pub we'd be attending, or which horse we'd be wheeling, or where we'd finish off the night, Dubs or Gondola! Sunday nights at the Victoria Curling Club were frequent, as the three of them were all excellent curlers, I had the wheels, and you couldn't get a cold beverage anywhere else on a Sunday. I continued to be tight with Glenn through his dad years, and we both worked downtown, so meeting for lunches was a regular happening. Glenn's witty humor and overall intelligence kept our conversations so interesting. Over the years we met less often as our lives became more complicated. I'm so sorry I missed the chance to see him again, it's so regretful. friends always, Dave Coffell
