Obituary of Kenneth Paul Kuchma

We are saddened to announce that on Thursday February 10, 2022, Kenneth Paul Kuchma, aged 74 years, passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Left to remember Kenneth is his loving wife Michele Kuchma; daughters Charlotte Roy (Andre) and Sheryl Matheson (Chris); son Tim Nicholson Kuchma; grandchildren Nicholas Bondar (Lucy), Nathan Roy (Alexandra), Nicolas Roy, Bradley Bondar (Payten) Emma Roy, Benji Roy, Ashley Matheson (Mike), Austin Matheson, and Cole Matheson; and great-grandchildren Katherine, Kahleesi, Dylan and Nathan. Also mourning Kenneth’s passing is his brother Ronnie (Diane); sister Cathy, extended Family Ernie & Michelle Lapensee (River); and numerous other family members and cherished friends. Kenneth was predeceased in life by his parents Anne and Frank; granddaughter Jessica Bondar; and sisters Shirley and Judy. Kenneth spent his working life as an industrial mechanic millwright. In retirement he moved to Northern Manitoba to live out his dream of living on the lake and guiding at his daughter and son-in-law’s lodge. He loved fishing, camping and the outdoors. His life was spent with his wife and he knew her since she was 14. He loved his children and adored his grandchildren. He spent any chance he had to tell you a story of the adventures in his lifetime and they were always entertaining. He loved fixing things and keeping busy. The family would like to send a very special thank you to the Hospital Dr and Staff at Flin Flon hospital. They went beyond to show compassion and care for our father and family In accordance with Kenneth’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date
