The first time I met my cousin Ted I noticed the twinkle in his eyes and his smile and for someone like me who was brought up not to trust strangers I was immediately won over. Later on I was surprised in Ted's interest in Yoga and Meditation, both of which were a big part of my life, and our bond grew stronger. He was always curious about my life and later about my family.
I admired his patience and care he took of his aging parents in spite of his very busy personal and professional life.
Even though we lived in different cities and did not keep in touch as often but when we did it was as though no time elapsed.
I am grateful to Ted and Wanda for their example of life lived lovingly, simply, humbly and rich in family, friends, and culture.
May the Light carry your Soul Home.
