Obituary of Doug Anderson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Douglas Anderson, born on August 8, 1947 in Swan River, Manitoba. He passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Doug was a loving husband to Charlene; devoted father to James (Tia) and Misty (Chris); and a proud grandfather to Emily, whom he loved spending time with.

Doug was a social butterfly who was always there for his family and friends. He was so photogenic that his very essence was captured in every picture.

Doug will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was a bright light in our lives and his memory will live on in our hearts forever. We will miss his laughter, his stories and his kind and generous spirit.
