I had the pleasure of dealing with Don over the past 10 years at Birchwood Ford [previously Keystone Ford]. He was a regular customer of the dealership and I always enjoyed dealing with him. He was very kind and soft spoken. I often used to see him in the customer lounge at the dealership while he was having his vehicle serviced and we always struck up a conversation. I was very sorry to hear of his sudden passing. My deepest condolences to the family. He will be missed.
