Obituary of June Roberta Roberts

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our mom on November 7 at the Grace Hospital.

Mom is survived by her children Linda, Karen, Joan, Barbara, Frank, Daune and Sandy; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by husband Wilfred in 1996.

Born in Carman, Mom married Dad in 1946 and they started raising a family in rural Manitoba. By 1963 they moved to Winnipeg to Belvidere Street where Mom lived for 55 years. Working in health care, she was first a practical nurse, then a registered nurse and last served as an administrator at the Winnipeg Municipal Hospital.

Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be arranged in future.
