I had the pleasure of meeting and sharing a room with Leslie at Concordia Hospital. Even in the hospital he was pleasant and able to help me with my many IT troubles. Even after he went home he would text me and then there was nothing, and now I know why.
I was saddened and devastated to read his obituary in the paper last weekend. He was a very kind person and will be missed by many people. May he rest in peace.

With a heavy heart, I am remembering our college and friend Les who has left us. Les had been a respected manager who was hardworking and extremely dedicated to his job. He was also a person willing to help others in need. It is such a shock he has left us so suddenly. I am very glad I had chance to know such a nice person and college like him. Fairwell and rest in peace.

Thanks for making us think of some less conservative solutions and for repeatedly bringing a smile to our faces. Our deepest condolences to the family.

Expressing my emotions in words is challenging. Les, you were more than just a manager at work; you were a mentor and a dear friend I could rely on for anything. Your guidance will leave a lasting impact on my career. You will be deeply missed, and I'll also miss our online Scrabble games. Rest in peace. - Niro

I worked with Les for many years at WCLC and am deeply saddened and surprised by news of his passing. He was a gifted developer and would defend his staff even if he secretly wanted to give them a piece of his mind. I hope you get to see that last Meatloaf concert Les.
Deepest condolences to his family on his passing.
