My condolences to Mrs. de Boer, Tina, Annette, Lauren and Jared (and partners) and to all Sylvia's nieces, nephews and grand children. I recall very happy times growing up on Bannerman Avenue because of the kindness of the de Boer family. Sylvia, especially, was my friend, classmate and protector. Loyal, constant and true. You will always carry her in your hearts.
