Bruce, It's been many years since I first met you and Nancy at my parents (Mike & Elizabeth Blahun) farm. However, I remember Nancy as being a very kind and compassionate lady. My parents spoke very highly of both of you and they enjoyed many great meals with you, at the farm, in Mayerthorpe and Ottawa. I would like to extend my deepest and sincerest condolences on the passing of Nancy. I wish you peace at this sad time.

Deepest sympathy on your loss of Nancy. We started school together back in the early 1950’s and spent many years playing together all through school. Her family ran a cafe for many years in the small town that we grew up in. I moved to Alberta in the late 60’s and lost contact with many of my class mates. Sorry to hear of her passing.

My deepest sympathies for your loss of Nancy
I had the great privilege and enjoyment working several years with Nancy.
Nancy was a very beautiful extraordinary compassionate person that touched so many of our lives.
We all looked forward to Nancy coming into work, she had such a beautiful smile, such a caring person with a huge heart.
If she was late coming from her break you would know that it was because she was being an Angel watching over a pet that was left unattended in a vehicle, lost dog, or making sure the geese would get across the highway safely.
Have always and will continue to treasure the precious memories of her.
Nancy was very special to all of us at work.
She was a beautiful Angel on Earth and now in Heaven
I'm so very sorry for your loss I know that Nancy loved you so very much and you returned it.
Nancy will always be in my heart.

I am incredibly sorry for your loss of sweet Nancy. She was one of a kind and she was a great friend and I loved her very much and I will miss her so much. Bruce the love you shared with Nancy was beautiful. I admired this about you both. Wishing you peace during this difficult time.
She used to always make me laugh. She would always say these one liners that made a person feel good. On our car rides when we went out for dinner, she told me a little about her life in the Northwestern and all the adventures she had. She was a generous and caring person who everyone liked. She will be missed by all who knew her.
My love will be with you always until be meet again sweet Nancy.
Love your friend, Kathy

My deepest condolences for your loss of Nancy.
She was one of my best friends. While we only seen each other a few times a year - our girls dinners we all looked forward to. Nancy always asked how we were, asked about our families, and of course we had to show her pictures of my granddaughters. Nancy was a very private person and after all these years I am still learning things about her. Nancy had a great sense of humour too. She would ask waiter for more breadsticks and tell them Kathy wouldn’t share when it was Nancy who was eating them! We never really spoke too much of her fight with cancer partly because she was so private and because thinking that if we don’t talk about it - it isn’t true
This I regret maybe she needed to talk about it more.
She never complained when we asked and was so grateful for Bruce taking such good care of her.
My wish is that she knew I loved her and will miss her so much. Until we meet again my friend.
Love always Brenda
