Mr.Soulatzkoff truly got me through the toughest years of my life when I lost my grandmother and boyfriend within a year of each other during my time at Westwood and he was one of the greatest teachers I’ve had the the honour of both being taught by and getting to work alongside when I returned to Westwood on my practicum a few years after graduating. It breaks my heart to know you’re gone but I pray you’re resting peacefully. You are dearly missed

Henry was an incredible teacher and mentor… he was someone who truly cared about the lives of the people around him and went above and beyond to help others. I have him to thank for so much guidance and support in my formative years attending Westwood. My heart goes out to his family… rest in paradise Mr. Soulatzkoff.

Mr. Soulatzkoff was a great teacher, although I may have not always been his best student. His Electronics & CompSci classes were the basis for my interest in electronic devices and also encouraged me to seek a degree within a field in the Trades. I always looked forward to his classes.
May he rest in peace.

Henry was indeed a remarkable man. Being married to him for ten years I saw the inside of his many struggles and I am proud to say that even though we parted ways and had some bumpy times, we remained friends and could always talk to each other. I have always admired him for his courage and outright chutzpah. He was able to be a successful inspite of everything that was against him. Rest in peace, your fight is over.

Farewell, and good luck in your next quest, old friend.
The world is a better place because you were here.

I knew Henry for over forty years. We met through the gaming club at the University of Manitoba where we absolutely did not waste an inordinate amount of time playing games instead of going to classes. We also did not see a ridiculous amount of what can only charitably be called “B” movies like Yellow Hair and the Fortress of Gold. (It was free for a visually impaired person and one companion to see them). We played many a game together over the years both board and roleplaying. Later after we both got married we lived in the same apartment building, 41 Clayton Drive. My wife Stephanie drove Henry and his then wife Sharon to the hospital for the birth of their first child Remi as I didn’t have my license yet. It was a bit of a bumpy relation at times but the years have smoothed all that out leaving just the good stuff. Godspeed my friend and lots of love.
