Obituary of Gary Plouffe

It is with profound sadness that Gary’s family announce his unexpected passing on April 29, 2024.

Gary was born on April 4, 1965.

Left to mourn are Gary’s loving wife Holly; parents Raymond and Lise; sister Kim Tasjian (Tim); stepchildren Alexander, Henri, and Marielle; nephew Éric (Amber); niece Michelle (Garrett); Bernie Rondeau, Rob Allen, the Thursday Night Riders, Chris Thomson and the IATSE crew; honorary grandson Aiden Haines (that called the couple MeeMaw and PowPow); Moffatt and Plouffe extended families; and any and all who were lucky enough to call him “friend”.

A Celebration of Life for Gary will take place from 7pm-8pm on Sunday, May 5^, 2024 at the Royal Manitoba Theater Centre at 174 Market Ave. Doors for Gary’s last show will open at 6:00pm, seating at 6:30pm, and close at 9pm. All those who knew Gary are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Make-A-Wish, FND Hope, or any other charity of choice.
