I grew up with Bill. He was one of my closest friends all throughout high school. We spent a lot of time driving around in his camaro and blasting the tunes. He was such a wonderful human and the world is a little darker without him in it.

Dear Bob, and Fran we would like to express our deepest sympathy to you, Mellisa, Shanelle, Bob and all family and friends.
It sounds as though Bill lived a full and happy life and it saddens us that we only new him and Bob as very young teenagers when my Mom, Dad, Richard and I together with our 18 mos old Marci and 6 mos old Nicol visited Winnipeg.
Back in the day when we all lived in Toronto it was so much easier to see and know the family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love your cousins
Gail, Richard, Marci, Nicol and famalies

I would like to send my deepest condolences to Bill’s family. I met Bill in the gym at Minnetonka School when I first started teaching there. Bill immediately struck me as a passionate basketball coach who shared his basketball skills with his players and taught them the importance of being a good student athlete and more importantly, a good person. It was always fun to be at the game and cheer on Bill’s Minnetonka Mustangs! Bill was the type of person everyone enjoyed being around and he will be truly missed.

Our deepest condolences to Uncle Bob, Aunt Fran, cousin Bob, and to Bill’s family and friends. Our family in Mississauga, Ontario remember Bill as a happy, energetic and passionate guy. We used to affectionately refer to both Bill and Bob as BillyBob; they were like twins when they were little. I wish I would have reached out to Bill during his illness. I saw a lot of his travel pictures on facebook and they always made me smile. It is wonderful that he got to do that with his family. I know he was loved and will be missed.

We will miss Bill greatly. ❤️Bill became a close family friend after he started dating Melissa one of my best friends.
They were present at our small Las Vegas wedding, and we have many Vegas memories with them over the years.
I am so pleased that Marley who I found on the streets of LA has such a great family. Bill’s bond with Marley was a joy to see, she is going to miss him.
Even though we moved from Winnipeg 5 years ago we got to see a lot of the Peacock’s when they travelled to us, and when we were visiting in Winnipeg.
We will treasure our time together, and blessed to have had him as part of our family.
My father also, suffered from his type of cancer and lost his battle. I encourage everyone to get screened for colon cancer, early detection saves lives.

Very sorry to hear! Bill was my Grade 10 Basketball coach at Dakota, I really enjoyed him as coach. I always enjoyed running into him around Winnipeg in later years.

Sincerest condolences. ‘Billy’ was my childhood babysitter. As I grew older he remained someone to look up to. A genuinely kind human. I’m lucky I got to know him. Love to all those Billy left behind. -Sara Butcher
