So long Wayne I am going to miss you.
Though I can't share familial fondness and early memories of Wayne, I grew to respect Wayne's love of family and all creatures great and small. He was a generous and loyal colleague. I miss our talks about a wide range of subjects. Though we disagreed at times, I admire his tenacity for sticking to his guns and often changing my mind. I am grateful for those times.
To your family Wayne I wish that they cherish forever those memories that each has had of their time with you.
Gods speed Wayne.
yours
George

Wayne was an exceptional, loving and caring big brother who will be dearly missed. Words cannot express my gratitude to him for always being there for me when we were (much) younger. I could always count on him to make me giggle uncontrollably at his silly sense of humor, drive me where I needed to be, protect me, check up on me when I was up to no-good, and provide a shoulder to cry on when my heart was broken.
Rest in peace Wayne – Love you to the moon and back big brother!
Kristin, Spencer, Candace, Krysta and Brendon – Jim and I are so sorry for your loss.

Dear Kristin, Spencer and Brendon, Candace and Krysta; brothers Ken and Jim; sisters Dale and Mavis, and the whole family.
The shock and grief you feel is impossible to fathom. You meant the world to Wayne, and the world grieves him with you now in a trust that you will some day recover from this terrible time.
All our memories of Wayne are about his magnetic personality. He was an electric life force, always doing things to support other people and to make their time full and big.
He always welcomed us into his life with a big smile, no matter how inconvenient or stressful the occasion! He was the one who knew how to get a team to the game on time, and how to include everyone, and where you could buy special tape for a stick; and he was the one who always showed up with a tray of coffee, in the cold, under clouds, and the only one at formal events, like graduations, who could pull all the parents together at his table and create a special memory out of nothing.
Wayne was like nobody else we know, he added something exceptional, all of his own, to everything he shared with other people. Wayne was someone you missed and remembered between times when you didn’t see him, and he was someone you were proud to know, and who you will never forget.
Fondest memories, kind thoughts, and love,
Mark West & Margaret Currie
